Artificial Intelligence and Public Governance: Technology Innovation and Governance Models Collaborate to Shape the Future of the Public Sector
Abstract
profound change in the concept and practice of governance. Technological innovation provides unprecedented tools and methods for public
governance. Through the application of artificial intelligence technology, the public sector is able to handle massive amounts of data more
efficiently and achieve accurate and scientific decision-making. At the same time, innovation in the governance model is also a key factor in
driving the future development of the public sector. With the assistance of artificial intelligence, public governance is gradually changing from
human governance to intellectual governance. The decision-making process has become more transparent and fair, and public participation
has increased significantly. In the future, with the continuous development and popularisation of artificial intelligence technology, the public
sector will usher in a broader development prospect. The deep integration of technological innovation and governance models will become an
important driving force for public governance change. In this process, the public sector needs to continue to explore and practice in order to
build a new paradigm of public governance that meets the requirements of the intelligent era.
