Abstract
Against the backdrop of the deep reconstruction of the global industrial chain, digital transformation has become a key means to
solve the problem of supply chain collaboration. This paper systematically analyzes the logic of the role of digital transformation on the collaborative efficiency of the supply chain from three dimensions: technology empowerment, process optimization, and ecological reconstruction. It identifies the structural obstacles existing in the transformation process and proposes adaptive optimization paths.
