Research on Innovative Design and Clinical Application of Intelligent Anti-Decubitus Mattress

Abstract


With the intensification of population aging and the increase in medical care demands, the prevention and treatment of pressure
ulcers in patients who have been bedridden for a long time have become the focus of clinical attention. Based on the functional limitations of
traditional anti-pressure ulcer mattresses, this study designed and developed a new type of anti-pressure ulcer mattress integrating intelligent
sensing, dynamic pressure regulation and human rehabilitation technology. The compression data of patients is monitored in real time through
the pressure sensor matrix. Combined with the multi-channel integrated valve group to control the dynamic inflation and deflation of the threezone airbags, intelligent pressure dispersion and early warning of pressure ulcer risks are achieved. Innovatively introducing bamboo fiber antibacterial fabric, its bamboo Kun component has antibacterial properties. Combined with its moisture-absorbing and breathable properties,
it significantly improves the skin microenvironment. In addition, through the linkage of human rehabilitation devices and airbags, artificial
massage is simulated to promote local blood circulation and relieve muscle fatigue and pain. The research results show that this smart antipressure ulcer mattress, through technological integration and material innovation, has significantly enhanced the prevention effectiveness and
care efficiency of pressure ulcers, providing an innovative and practical solution for the medical rehabilitation field.
