Abstract


With the booming development of the new energy vehicle market, consumer demands for new energy vehicles are increasing, with
battery-related performance and services becoming key factors affecting consumer satisfaction. This paper focuses on new energy vehicle battery supply chain services, analyzing the current status of the supply chain, exploring existing problems in enhancing consumer satisfaction,
and proposing targeted optimization strategies. The aim is to promote the improvement of new energy vehicle battery supply chain service
levels and facilitate the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.
