Abstract

Construction project management informatization is an important development direction of engineering construction in the new era,
which is of great significance to improve the level of engineering management and reduce the construction cost. Based on the construction
project management, this paper deeply analyzes the practical application of information technology in the design, construction and operation
and maintenance stages, discusses the specific measures of BIM technology, intelligent monitoring, data analysis and other information means
in project management, and verifies the implementation effect with an engineering example, with a view to providing reference for the information transformation of construction project management.
