Abstract


To address challenges such as technical accuracy, data governance, and organizational adaptation in applying artificial intelligence
to human resource recruitment, this study focuses on natural language processing and machine learning algorithm optimization, constructs a
full-life cycle data governance framework, promotes organizational capability building and process reengineering, and proposes specific strategies like scenario-based model training and dynamic weight configuration. The aim is to provide practical path references for the implementation of AI recruitment technologies in enterprises.
