Abstract

With the vigorous development of the edible fungi industry in northern Shaanxi, the output of mushroom bran is increasing year
by year. Scientifically building a mushroom bran classification system and in-depth exploration of its current industrial utilization status is of
great significance to promoting the development of agricultural circular economy in northern Shaanxi and realizing the strategic goal of rural
revitalization. Through field research and data analysis, this paper explains the classification system of Shaanxi Bacteria bran based on raw
material sources and edible fungi varieties, and analyzes its current industrial utilization status in the fields of fertilizers, feeds, energy, etc.
through field research and data analysis, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the efficient use of Shaanxi Bacteria
bran resources.
