Research on the Reconstruction Logic and Path of Accounting Talent Training Objectives Driven by New Quality Productivity
Abstract
Driven by new quality productivity, the accounting function is transforming from accounting records to value creation and
strategic support. Traditional talent training goals are facing severe challenges due to lagging behind technological changes and industry demands. This study takes demand driven dynamic adaptation as the core logic, constructs a three-dimensional capability matrix of
technology+business+strategy, and proposes an implementation path for upgrading the target positioning from accounting orientation to value creation orientation, including curriculum system reconstruction, deepening of industry education integration, and innovation of dynamic evaluation mechanism. Research has shown that multidimensional collaborative reform can significantly enhance the
