Abstract
changing market demand and the gradual improvement of technical requirements, the field faces many challenges. The balance between accuracy, efficiency and cost, the optimization of material selection, and how to use advanced technologies (such as intelligent manufacturing,
Internet of Things, additive manufacturing, etc.) to improve production capacity have become problems that cannot be ignored. In the past,
traditional molding technologies often failed to meet increasingly complex product demands, resulting in resource waste and inefficiency in
the production process. Now, with the emergence of emerging processes such as precision casting and microforming technology, the industry
is facing a series of complex challenges, such as how to optimize the coordination of materials and design, and how to ensure the consistency
of products in automated control. This paper analyzes the design and manufacturing technology of material molding and control engineering,
and explores the development direction of material forming and control engineering.
