Abstract


This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the integrated design scheme for automation control systems. It elaborates on the design system architecture, analyzes the functions and interaction relationships of each module, conducts in-depth research on key technologies
such as communication protocols and data processing algorithms, and comprehensively analyzes the current development status and challenges in the field of industrial automation. On this basis, a scientific, reasonable, and operable integrated design scheme is proposed. The scheme
is committed to improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of automation control systems, providing strong support for enterprises
to achieve efficient production and management goals.
