The construction progress management of building projects is the core content of project management, which directly affects the
project cost, quality and delivery efficiency. This article, in light of the current situation of the industry, analyzes the prominent issues of the
traditional management model in terms of methods, resources, and control, proposes optimization principles such as systematicness and dynamics, and elaborates on specific measures from dimensions such as the upgrade of management tools, resource collaboration, dynamic monitoring, and team building, aiming to provide construction enterprises with lightweight and implementable progress management solutions.
