On the Construction of the Evaluation Index System of New Productive Forces

Abstract

The new quality productive forces in manufacturing are crucial for the transformation of the real economy. A scientific indicator
system should be established to guide resource allocation and policy support. This paper constructs an evaluation index system from three
dimensions: labor force, objects of labor, and means of labor, to assist in the cultivation of new quality productive forces and the high-quality
development of manufacturing.
