Research on Countermeasures for Talent Loss of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract


Small and medium-sized enterprises, as an important force in Chinas economic development, play a key role in absorbing employment and promoting innovation. However, the current excessively high talent turnover rate has become the core bottleneck restricting
its development. This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of talent drain in small and medium-sized enterprises, and proposes
countermeasures from the dual dimensions of enterprise management optimization and external environment improvement, aiming to provide
theoretical and practical references for small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their talent retention capacity.
