Northeast Revitalization: Break Out of Cultural and Tourism Development to Develop Cultural and Tourism -- Reflections on the Mediating Effect of Development Environment Regional Development in Cultural and Tourism Economy

Abstract


The existence of the Northeast Phenomenon is a given fact, but the unique historical legacy factors and the once noble economic
status of the Northeast may lead to misunderstandings in the choice of the revitalization path of the Northeast and may also lead to the positioning of the regional development of the Northeast deviating from practice. This article starts from the cultural and tourism resource advantages of the Northeast, combines the long-existing problems of the business environment, and other related soft environment issues, expands
and proposes the development environment problems of the Northeast, puts forward the view of promoting the development of cultural and
tourism economy in the Northeast to promote regional development, and finds that the development of cultural and tourism economy in the
Northeast can not only drive regional development, but also play a key mediating role in the optimization of the development environment.
Therefore, the development of cultural and tourism economy cannot be examined from a simple economic cost perspective, and stepping out
of cultural and tourism development to develop cultural and tourism is beneficial for us to explore the value of cultural and tourism economy
and more richly promote regional development.
