Research on Risk Prevention and Control of Existing Building Energy Efficiency Reconstruction Project Under EPC Mode
Abstract
encourages the application of energy performance contracting (EPC) mode to green buildings. However, the introduction of this mode increases the project risk of Energy Service Company(ESCO). Whether the contract energy company can effectively deal with the risks in the project
is the key to the success of the contract energy management project.
