On New Quality Productivity: Equal Emphasis on Efficiency and Quality under the Transformation of Management Thought
Abstract
powers intensifies and Chinas economic structure undergoes deep transformation, new and more urgent requirements have been placed on
the development level of productive forces. Breaking through the limitations of traditional productive forces, new-quality productive forces
feature higher efficiency and creativity, serving as a crucial driver for economic and social development. From the perspective of the evolution
of management thought centered on "efficiency, " new-quality productive forces not only focus on improving the "quantity" of efficiency but
also emphasize the enhancement of the "quality" of efficiency. They are closely intertwined with management thought: the continuous innovation and development of management thought provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of new-quality productive
forces. Meanwhile, the rapid development of new-quality productive forces has in turn promoted the further evolution of management thought
and driven continuous innovation in management practices.
