Study on the Influence of Senior Management Team Characteristics on Enterprise Digital Transformation

Abstract


Based on the high-level echelon theory and group decision-making theory, this paper systematically sorts out the direct impact of
characteristics such as age, educational background, tenure, functional background and gender of the executive team on digital transformation, deeply analyzes the intermediary mechanisms such as technological innovation, financing constraints and risk assumption, and explores
the moderating role of situational factors such as property rights nature, marketization level and industry characteristics. The research aims
to reveal the complex correlation between the characteristics of the executive team and digital transformation, providing theoretical basis and
practical paths for enterprises to optimize team structure and enhance transformation efficiency.
