Research on Metal Material Processing Technology in Material Forming and Control Engineering

Abstract


Metal material processing technology is an important research direction in the field of material forming and control engineering,
which is of great significance to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. In this paper, the selection principles of metal materials and various processing techniques, including machining molding, extrusion and forging molding, high energy rate molding, die casting
molding and powder metallurgy technology. By analyzing the process characteristics and application fields of these technologies, the specific
implementation methods and quality control points in the actual production are expounded. The research shows that the application of advanced processing technology has significantly improved the accuracy and performance of metal products, providing strong support for highend manufacturing industries such as aerospace and automobile manufacturing.
