Abstract
The car chassis suspension connects the body and the wheel, and its structural design directly affects the handling stability, ride
comfort and ride comfort of the car. In the context of analyzing the development of automobile industry, this paper focuses on the main difficulties in the design of chassis suspension structure, including the complex and changeable road load, the limited space of suspension layout,
the balance of lightweight and low cost. At the same time, the key points of suspension structure design from damping characteristic matching, elastic element stiffness selection, etc. Looking forward to the future, with the development of new materials, new processes and new
technologies, the suspension design will continue to evolve to the direction of integration, intelligence and modularization, and provide strong
support for the improvement of vehicle performance and user experience.
