Abstract


In the current era of increasingly fierce market competition, the employee incentive mechanism, as the core link of enterprise human
resource management, plays a crucial role in stimulating the potential of employees and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. This
paper analyzes the role and construction principles of the incentive mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises, dissects the existing
problems, and proposes optimization strategies from aspects such as incentive forms, system improvement, salary structure, team building and
cultural integration, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to construct a scientific and effective incentive system.
