Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management in Agricultural Assets

Zijian Luo

Abstract

This study explores the challenges in financial management of agricultural assets, particularly in developing economies, aiming to
identify strategies for enhancing financial efficiency and ensuring long-term sustainability. Through quantitative analysis and some mixed
research methods, it reveals issues such as restricted credit access, inefficient use of fixed assets, market and environmental risks, and insufficient sustainable practices. The findings suggest that managing strategic assets is vital for improving financial performance. Specific policy
actions and strong institutional support are necessary. At last, this study proposes policy suggestions for tailoring financial tools, improving
agricultural insurance, integrating sustainable practices into management, etc.
