Analysis of Trends and Current Situation in International Oil and Gas Trade
Abstract
international oil and gas trade is of great significance. This article examines the changing trends in global oil and gas trade volume, provides
an overview of inter-regional trade dynamics in major regions worldwide, and offers a detailed analysis of the oil and gas trade in the United
States and China, the two most pivotal players in the global market. Throughout the analysis, crude oil and natural gas trade are discussed
separately. Oil and gas combined flows are evaluated using standard oil equivalent as a unified energy unit.
