Research on Enterprise Business Model Innovation and Value Creation Mechanisms in the Digital Economy Era

Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technologies, the global economic structure is undergoing accelerated restructuring, and the
market environment, competitive landscape, and business logic faced by enterprises have undergone profound changes. In this context, enterprise business model innovation has become a core path to achieve sustained competitive advantages and value creation. Based on the basic
characteristics of the digital economy, this paper analyzes its role in driving the evolution of business models, explores how enterprises can
reconstruct value chains, reshape customer relationships, and realize platform-based operations through digitalization, and further studies the
internal mechanisms of enterprise value creation. The research shows that only by continuously adapting to digital trends and building a dynamic business model oriented by user value can enterprises remain invincible in the digital economy era.
