Review of the Construction of Security Alert and Assurance Capabilities in the Sea Area of Nuclear Power Plants

Chong An

Abstract

The current world political and economic landscape is undergoing profound adjustments, and the energy supply and demand relationship is also undergoing profound changes. In China, the constraints on energy resources are increasingly severe, and ecological and
environmental problems are prominent. The pressure to adjust the structure, improve energy efficiency and ensure energy security has further
increased. Energy development is facing a series of new problems and challenges. Nuclear energy and the utilization of nuclear technology
are the achievements of modern scientific and technological civilization in human society. While bringing benefits to mankind, they also come
with risks. Nuclear safety is the lifeline of the development of nuclear energy and nuclear technology utilization, and an important part of national security.
