Abstract


Organic whole grain foods are increasingly attracting consumer attention due to their health benefits and environmental friendliness. This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the nutritional value of organic whole grain foods and explore their impact on human health. By examining the main nutrients such as dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and proteins, this paper reveals the significant benefits of organic whole grain foods in promoting digestive health, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, controlling weight, stabilizing blood sugar, and preventing cancer. Additionally, the paper provides scientific purchasing and storage recommendations to help consumers fully utilize the nutritional value of organic whole grain foods.
