Abstract

analyzing the characteristics, assessment criteria, and related factors of ESG performance in the manufacturing industry. Then, based on a
theoretical framework, research hypotheses are established, and variables and models are constructed using data samples. Empirical analysis
reveals the relationship between the two, providing guidance for manufacturing enterprises to optimize ESG management and reduce the risk
of financial statement restatements.
