Research on Body Design of New Energy Vehicles in Vehicle Engineering
Abstract
breakthrough in automotive engineering. This paper systematically explores the strategic value and technical pathways of NEV body design,
including platform-based body partitioning, front-end frame CAE optimization, intelligent charging port layout, flexible production process
adaptation, differentiated exterior styling, and comprehensive waterproof performance enhancement. Research demonstrates that structural
reconstruction of NEV bodies based on conventional fuel vehicle platforms can not only reduce development costs but also meet the specific
requirements for battery safety protection and lightweight body design. This approach provides systematic technical support and feasible pathways for the industrialization of NEV technology.
