Application and Practice of DCS System in the Production of Chemical Raw Materials

Abstract


This paper discusses the application and practice of distributed control system (DCS) for chemical raw materials, in order to cope
with the complexity and challenges in the field of chemical pharmacy. Firstly, the basic concept of DCS system is reviewed, and the characteristics of chemical raw material drug production and its requirements for automation system are analyzed. In the analysis of the current
situation, the development status of the current technology and the main obstacles faced by the industry are pointed out, including the lack of
integration of control systems, low automation level, data transmission delay and insufficient personnel skills training. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as optimizing system architecture and integration scheme, improving automation
technology level, improving data transmission technology and strengthening personnel training. The research results show that the effective
implementation of DCS system can significantly improve the efficiency and safety of chemical raw materials production, thus promoting the
sustainable development of the industry.
