Abstract


With the continuous advancement and widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, enterprise informatization
management is gradually entering a new stage of intelligence and automation. AI's capabilities in data mining, intelligent decision-making,
and process optimization provide strong support for enterprises to improve management efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance organizational agility. Based on the development background and technical characteristics of AI technology, this paper conducts an in-depth
analysis of its application paths and functional advantages in enterprise informatization management, with a focus on exploring how AI reshapes enterprise management models in aspects such as data management, business process optimization, and decision support.
