Abstract

As the penetration rate of automobile electrification continues to rise, the acquisition stage of high energy-consuming and highemission raw materials in the full life cycle carbon emissions of vehicles has become a key focus for future carbon reduction efforts. Recycled
aluminum, with its lightweight, easy-to-recycle, energy-saving, and carbon-reducing properties, has become a key material supporting the
lightweight, green, and low-carbon development of automobiles. Therefore, this article focuses on the automotive recycled aluminum industry
chain, systematically collecting data on the entire chain, including information, material, and value flow. It analyzes the agglomeration trend
and macro development opportunities of the industry chain; builds a full lifecycle assessment model for automobiles to predict the evolution
trend of China's automobile ownership and scrap volume. It also evaluates the potential for recycling waste resources by combining the composition of scrap automobile resources. Based on the assumption of "vehicle-to-vehicle recycled aluminum cycle, " it deduces the current supply and demand status and future direction of automotive recycled aluminum, and finally proposes targeted industrial development strategies
and suggestions.
