Abstract


With the deep integration of artificial intelligence and mechatronic engineering, intelligent robotics is reshaping modern manufacturing production models and operational paradigms. This paper focuses on the application of intelligent robots in mechatronic engineering,
conducting an in-depth analysis of their technical advantages in efficiency enhancement, cost optimization, quality assurance, and safety improvement. It systematically explores the technological implementation of intelligent robots in flexible automation upgrades for production
lines, smart compensation for precision machining, intelligent diagnostics for equipment health management, and smart scheduling for logistics systems. The research aims to address the rigid, inefficient, and uncertain challenges inherent in traditional manufacturing models.
