Application Research of Reaction Risk Assessment in the Development of New Chemical Materials

Abstract


This paper investigates the application of reaction risk assessment in the development of new chemical materials, exploring its role
in enhancing safety, optimizing decision-making, and safeguarding the R&D process. Through systematic analysis of risk factors, it elucidates
the value of scientific assessment methods in identifying and controlling potential hazards, revealing their significance for ensuring safety
in corporate R&D and production. Using case studies, the article analyzes how risk assessment provides data-driven support for corporate
decision-making and proposes implementation strategies and steps, including team collaboration, application of technical tools, and refinement of management systems. The research demonstrates that reaction risk assessment is a critical tool for enhancing R&D safety, optimizing
efficiency, and driving sustainable industry development.
