Research on Enterprise Digital Transformation Path
Abstract

strategic planning. The study systematically explores implementation pathways through five dimensions: technology R&D, organizational
management, data governance, talent development, and policy coordination. The research emphasizes that transformation strategies should be
dynamically adjusted according to enterprise scale and industry characteristics, providing practical references for enterprises of different types
to advance digital transformation.
