Research on AIGC-Driven Digital Transformation Pathways in the Publishing Industry
Abstract
toward digitalization and intelligent transformation. This study explores how AIGC deeply empowers core business processes in publishing
from content creation to marketingand analyzes its role in reshaping traditional value chains, propelling the industry's transition from a
"production-centric" to a "service-centric" model. The study also identifies multidimensional challenges the industry faces during this transformation, including algorithmic "hallucinations, " data and talent shortages, and the absence of ethical and legal frameworks. To address
these, this paper proposes seizing development opportunities by strengthening technological infrastructure, deepening process transformation,
innovating service models, enhancing talent development, and improving governance systemspaving the way toward a new era of comprehensive intelligent publishing.
