Research on Fitness Martial Arts Activities under the Background of National Fitness

Abstract


This study examines fitness martial arts activities within China's national fitness initiative framework. Through a systematic analysis
of their distinctive advantages, current development status, and existing challenges, the paper proposes targeted strategies in standardization,
talent development, facility support, and promotional campaigns. These measures aim to better integrate fitness martial arts into the national
fitness system, providing valuable references for enhancing public health standards and preserving traditional Chinese cultural heritage.
