Analysis of Construction Technical Points of Prefabricated Buildings

Abstract


As an important development direction of building industrialization, the construction quality of prefabricated buildings directly affects the overall performance and service life of building projects. Based on the construction technology of prefabricated buildings, this paper
analyzes the key technical points such as prefabricated component design, component transportation and storage, stair balcony installation,
prefabricated component hoisting and node connection, and discusses the quality management measures such as construction preparation,
process control and acceptance. By systematically studying the technical points of prefabricated building construction, the corresponding technical optimization strategies and quality control methods are put forward, aiming at providing practical reference for improving the technical
level and engineering quality of prefabricated building construction.
