Abstract

In the era of building the Hainan Free Trade Port, the internationalization of higher education plays a vital role as the core engine
driving regional economic and social development while generating social benefits. This paper explores the strategic positioning of Hainan's
higher education internationalization, first analyzing the opportunities and challenges it faces, then proposing corresponding implementation
paths. The aim is to provide reference for relevant authorities, enhance the quality of Hainan's higher education internationalization, and offer
sufficient talent support for the Hainan Free Trade Port.
