The Transformation Path of University Technology Transfer Centers under "Double High Collaboration"

Abstract


Focusing on "Double High Collaboration", this paper explores university technology transfer centers' high-quality development. It
notes opportunities from policies/market, challenges like "two separate tracks" and talent shortages, and proposes three solutions to boost the
centers and regional economies.
