Challenges and Countermeasures of Avoiding Poverty Reoccurrence in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization -- Taking Liangshan Yi Ethnic Group Settlement Area in Sichuan Province as an Example
Abstract
near-total eradication of absolute poverty in its Yi settlements through arduous poverty alleviation efforts, mirroring the national strategy for
targeted poverty reduction. However, a review of these initiatives reveals persistent challenges: heightened screening complexities, low farmer
participation rates, and impractical government support programs. This study begins with an examination of precision poverty alleviation,
then analyzes specific issues in Liangshan's Yi settlements while proposing targeted solutions.
