Jinshan Wu, Sukyoung Cho

Abstract

In the context of pursuing simultaneous improvement in both quality and scale in preschool education, the competency level of college students majoring in preschool education determines the upper limit of future early childhood education. Based on the spirit of educators,
this paper discusses how to embed it into the curriculum system, mentorship programs, and master teacher initiatives, and integrate it throughout practical teaching, in order to simultaneously strengthen students' professional ethics and professional skills, thereby solidifying the foundation for the long-term development of preschool education.
