Wurihan , Wuyungaowa*

Abstract

Since ancient times, China has regarded the personal development of young university students as an important force driving national development and social progress. As part of the nation, grassroots service work in Horqin Left Wing Rear Banner also relies on the effective support of young university students. Therefore, this paper takes Horqin Left Wing Rear Banner as the study area and the "Returning
to Hometown" social practice activity as a case study. It attempts to analyze current problems from three dimensions: the degree of participation of university students in grassroots services, the service fields, and logistical support. Corresponding optimization paths are proposed to
enhance the overall effectiveness of grassroots services.
