Analysis of Rhizosphere Soil Bacterial Community Structure and Diversity in Acanthopanax giraldiifrom Different Regions of Qinghai
Abstract
were characterized by sequencing the 16S rRNA gene amplicons using Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology. Data analysis and
visualization were performed using ANOVA and R language. The results indicated that Proteobacteria and Bacteroidota were the common
dominant phyla, while Muribaculaceaewas the common dominant genus. Available phosphorus and pH were identified as potential key factors
influencing the bacterial community composition. The rhizosphere soil of Acanthopanax senticosusin different regions of Qinghai exhibits
rich bacterial diversity.
