Abstract


This paper examines nursing talent development strategies grounded in professional identity, addressing four key dimensions: shaping career awareness, cultivating professional commitment, enhancing competencies, and optimizing work environments. By analyzing current trends in nursing education, the study provides actionable insights for reforming university nursing curricula and optimizing talent development in healthcare institutions, ultimately contributing to the establishment of a stable, high-quality nursing workforce.
