Development of Football Agents: Status, Challenges and Future Prospects
Abstract
agents are active in the core area of this ecosystem, directly participating in football matches, agency activities, and the mobility of football
players. They rely on their keen market insight and extensive network resources to discover potential football players, provide them with
professional career planning advice, and help athletes achieve growth and breakthroughs in their careers. On the other hand, in the process of
player transfer, football agents act as a bridge of communication between players and clubs, facilitating a mutually beneficial transfer agreement through clever negotiation and maneuvering, and promoting the optimal allocation of football talent resources.
