Optimization and Simulation of Electrical Engineering Automation System in University under Energy Saving Guidance

Tianxing Dai

Abstract

This paper analyzes configuration deficiencies in university electrical engineering automation systems, including load mismatch
redundancy, inefficient energy scheduling, and delayed monitoring mechanisms. To achieve energy-saving upgrades, the study conducts
optimization configuration and simulation research. A three-dimensional optimization scheme is proposed: digital selection and dynamic
adjustment optimize the load side; a collaborative dispatching system enhances energy management; and IoT-powered energy monitoring
networks improve monitoring efficiency. A MATLAB/Simulink-based system simulation model validates the proposed solution. The research demonstrates that this approach addresses traditional system issues of high energy consumption and low stability, improves energy
utilization efficiency and operational reliability, and provides technical support for energy-saving renovations of university electrical engineering automation systems.
