Abstract


This study investigates the strategic management and core competitiveness development of specialized, refined, distinctive, and
innovative (SRDI) enterprises. By analyzing policy orientations and market conditions, it examines the core principles of SRDI strategic
management and the key components of their competitive advantages. The research identifies challenges in strategic planning, organizational
structures, and technological innovation, proposing targeted strategies including optimizing strategic management systems, enhancing innovation-driven capabilities, and improving talent development mechanisms. These practical recommendations provide actionable guidance for
SRDI enterprises to strengthen their competitive edge through scientific strategic management and achieve high-quality development.
