Application of Material Forming and Control Engineering in Welding Quality Control

Abstract


In the context of manufacturing's high-end transformation, material forming and control engineering play a vital role in welding
quality management. This study focuses on process optimization and intelligent monitoring technologies in this field. By combining numerical
simulation with experimental verification, we established a multi-parameter coordinated control quality assurance system. Results demonstrate
that dynamic regulation of heat input and stress distribution can increase the weld pass rate to over 98%.
