Application Research of Emotional Computing in Human-computer Interaction Experience Optimization

Qianrui Wang

Abstract

Emotion computing, as a key technology to enhance human-computer interaction experience, aims to build a more natural, harmonious, and intelligent human-computer relationship by perceiving, understanding, and responding to human emotions. This article systematically
explores the three core challenges faced by emotion computing driven human-computer interaction at the current stage: insufficient perception
and recognition accuracy, difficulties in adapting to cross-cultural and individual differences, and privacy ethics and technological implementation challenges. In response to these issues, this article constructs an innovative strategy system for experience optimization, proposing a
technological governance path of multimodal adaptive perception, cultural embedding and personalized adaptation, as well as privacy protection and scene integration. Through practical application and effectiveness verification in multiple scenarios such as intelligent customer service, online education, in car systems, and digital healthcare, the results show that emotional computing can effectively improve the naturalness
of interaction, user satisfaction, and task execution efficiency.
