Abstract
integration. This paper takes digitalization as the entry point and points out the practical dilemmas in the process of their integration, such as
outdated management philosophy, rigid organizational structures, unbalanced resource allocation, and disjointed talent systems. Based on this,
this paper proposes innovative strategies for architecting digitally-fused management cognition, building a flexible organizational structure,
establishing a multi-dimensional resource sharing platform, and improving the interdisciplinary talent cultivation system from four dimensions: philosophy innovation, organizational restructuring, resource integration, and talent cultivation, aiming to provide theoretical reference
for industrial and commercial enterprises to achieve management upgrading and innovative development in the digital age.
