Analysis of Compliance Management System Construction and Risk Prevention and Control for Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises
Abstract
taxation, and data management have become increasingly prominent. Traditional "post-incident remediation" approaches prove inadequate
to meet evolving demands. This paper explores the logical framework for establishing a compliance management system for cross-border ecommerce enterprises through organizational, standardization, control, and technological dimensions. It proposes a digital development process featuring "diagnosis-design-implementation-iteration" alongside domain-specific risk prevention methodologies. Pilot studies demonstrate
that this system effectively addresses issues of delayed risk identification and inconsistent processes in conventional management practices.
The framework significantly enhances compliance control efficiency and risk prevention capabilities, providing robust support for enterprises'
global compliance operations.
